Christmas Delivery:
Please find below our estimated UK mainland delivery schedule for the Christmas and New Year. (NI, IOM, Scottish Highlands & Islands will add approx 1 day to these estimates)
Suggested last days for delivery in time for Christmas marked in orange. These are our best estimates and should only be used as guidelines.
Due to pressure on courier networks often causing delays from December 16th, we advise ordering early and allowing 1-2 days extra to avoid disappointment.
All our orders will be placed on the best courier for your location at the time of order, to ensure the smoothest delivery possible.

Delivery
We offer standard 1-2 day Parcelforce / DHL delivery on all items, with other delivery upgrades also available.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the postage options available, shipping date estimates may appear on the carriage quotes page.
Please also note that the carriage rates for many items we sell are weight and value based and therefore may vary.

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address and availability of your items. A signature may be required for delivery.

Collections
Our counter service is available for online pre-arranged collections only and access to our office building is strictly limited. Please contact us using the form provided before visiting.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 days of posting your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply contact our eSupport team with the problem on team@caddistribution.co.uk
A returns authorisation will then be issued by return (please do not post any item to us prior to receiving this). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please Note
You are advised to check the vehicles installation or the fitment prior to placing an order to ensure suitability.
However, if the part you order is later discovered to be incorrect for your particular vehicle you can always use our efficient returns service (within 30 days) and we will gladly exchange for an alternative if required.
Do not book an installer or other trades-person until your goods have arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any work costs you may incur.
